"While I'm Living" list

I had a great day yesterday hanging out with my mom and spending time with her.  We did some shopping, had lunch and just chilled.  We also watched the movie "The Bucket List" have you ever seen it? It is with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson.  It maybe hard for some to watch as it deals with cancer, but I think it is a movie worth watching.  It also deals with the central theme of how they become friends, create a bond and accomplish many things on a bucket list the create before they are gone.

You know as I was watching it, I looked over at my mom and thought about all the things she may have wanted to do in her life and have not done.  I remember when I took her to Jamaica for the first time, it was the first time she had been on a plane, and she was in her middle 40's then. How many other things had she never done and for some reason may still feel she still can't do. What would be on her bucket list? I thought.  I did not ask, but I will today.

It was also a question I had to ask myself, although I changed it to my "While I'm  Living List".  What is it that I want to do to create a more blissful, fabulous and fullfilled life while I'm still living? not just for me, but for others as well.   What about you, what do you want put on your "While I'm Living List?  Who do you want to take with you, while they are still living?  Share with us in our comment section. I would love to see them.

Here is a smalle sample of mine:
1) Take 3 DreamTrips to Hawaii (one with my hubby..you know a little tropical paradise alone time, one with my sister-in-law, one with my closets girlfriends (you know who you are)
2) Take a Dream Trip to Egypt with my Mom
3)  Take a DreamTrip to Alaska with my hubby
4) Visit the Grand Canyon with my family
5)  Go to Japan with Cory
 6) Help fund and built a a new green affordable residential coop building in the South Bronx, like the one that was just completed as the Colin Powell Green Home NY City (it's where I grew up)

Okay that is just a sample and not necessarily in order, but you get the idea.

So that was my day, a little introspective, a lot of happy and whole lot of just enjoying my mom's company.

Until next time,

In New York

Hey I'm in NY again, this time by myself and will be spending more time with my mom, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and of course friends.  Very excited. You know I had this longing to see my mom and spend some time with her and felt it was just something I had to do.   Since I am not working, well at least on a job because if any of you know me, I am always working on something, it gave me the freedom to make this trip.

Of course it is a little sad because my hubby and my sons are back home and will celebrate Thanksgiving without me, eventhough most of them still have to work that day, it will be different. Maybe it will give them a chance to do some bonding..nahhhhhh :) .  Well at least my husband is a great cook so they will not be be deprived of a nice Thanksgiving dinner, even with out mommy.  Okay I don't cook much on the Holidays anyway, as my husband loves to show off is culinary skills, but I am soooo okay with that. Cook on.

Well I hope to catch up with some friends as well and have a really great time on my holiday as well. I look forward to so many blissful moments along this journey and will be sharing them along the way.

Until next time.

Blissful Travels

Hello, yes I know it's been awhile since my last blog. I really wanted to be more consistent with this, but I'm not going to sweat the smal stuff, because that's not being blissful.

But what I been so blissfully excited about for the last 2 weeks is this, I have decided to incoporate something into my A Blissful Woman Enterprises that compliments a type of  blissful living lifestyle that I am trying to share with my friends and family and I am SOOOO EXCITED about it, I am telling you, I can't sleep at night. I also works so well with my romance business so I had to say yes.

I have never been so EXCITED about a company and passionate about sharing it with so many of my friends.  It is truly a way to live a more blissful life or as their company slogan goes "Make a Living..Living:..who would not want to do that.  Check out why I am so excited at  http://www.blissfultravels.biz/

And please share this as many people as you know, because when you take you first trip and such an extrodinarily low price and you didn't tell them..they will be a little upset with you you..so pass it on anyone that you know who would want a more blissful life traveling for fun and leisure, I assure you that being a part of this will change your life.  I am so EXCITED...
